1. Agreement

By using Arev, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

Arev is an AI-powered transcription tool focused on Armenian YouTube content. The service is provided as-is, and we do not guarantee perfect accuracy, uninterrupted uptime, or perpetual availability of every feature.

3. User responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the content you submit for transcription.
  • You represent that you have the right to submit, process, and transcribe the content you provide.
  • You may not use the service for unlawful redistribution, abuse, or unlicensed exploitation of third-party content.
  • You may not interfere with the service or its infrastructure.

4. Payments and subscriptions

  • Paid plans are processed through Stripe.
  • You may cancel from Settings, and access remains active through the current billing period.
  • Your subscription pays for the service, not for any ownership interest in the submitted content or resulting transcripts.
  • Prices may change in the future, but changes are not applied retroactively.

6. DMCA / takedown procedure

If you believe a public transcript infringes your rights, email support@getarev.com with your contact information, the URL at issue, a description of the claimed right, and a good-faith statement.

We may remove the material, contact the submitting user, and process valid counter-notices where applicable.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Isteno SIA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
